COOKIES THE SITE NEEDS TO WORK

These are set on every visit. The law allows them without consent because the site does not work without them, and they are not used to track you.

dk_divorce_consultants_session: keeps your visit together as you move between pages, and lets the contact form work. Set by this site. Lasts two hours.
XSRF-TOKEN: protects the contact form against forged submissions. Set by this site. Lasts two hours.
jdc_consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so that we do not ask on every page. Set by this site. Lasts six months.

ANALYTICS COOKIES, ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people reach the site and what they do while they are here. We use that to improve the site and for nothing else. It is not used for advertising. Google signals, which links visits to Google accounts for advertising, is switched off, and the site has no advertising tags.

Nothing is loaded and nothing is recorded until you press Accept on the banner. If you press Reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics does not run. If you accept, these cookies are set:

_ga: tells visits from the same browser apart, using a random number rather than anything that identifies you. Lasts up to two years.
_ga_Y6PW1LSZ3F: records the visit in progress. Lasts up to two years.

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, United States. The data is sent to Google in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which UK law recognises as protecting your information adequately. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

You can change your choice at any time: press Cookie choices here, or in the footer of any page, and the banner will ask again. Rejecting after you had accepted stops Google Analytics straight away and deletes the analytics cookies it set. You can also delete cookies through your browser's settings.

THE VIDEO ON OUR HOME PAGE

The video is not loaded until you press play. It then plays from YouTube, provided by Google LLC, in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may store information on your device, and Google's privacy policy applies.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

"Book your appointment" opens Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC. Nothing from Calendly loads until you press that button. Once you do, Calendly's own cookies and Calendly's privacy policy apply.
