Initially, I will offer a FREE 30 minute consultation, where I will assess your personal situation. The more information you can give me on this call, the more I will be able to help you achieve the desired outcome. I will also run you through what savings you can make by using my solicitor friendly pack instead of going straight to a solicitor from the outset.

We will discuss your roadmap to divorce, and what I will include in my Solicitor Friendly Pack. My goal is to help you create your own shopping list of exactly what you want from your divorce. My goal is to allow you to bring your shopping list into your divorce, so you don't leave without anything on the list.

Following on from our initial chat, should you wish to proceed, we will schedule a further meeting which lasts for two hours, where I will collect some much more in-depth information about your situation, your desired outcome and everything that is involved with that. I will answer any of your questions and address any concerns or queries you may have.

During our meeting we will create an action plan for you, so you know what to do next. This isn't anything to worry about and there is no pressure whatsoever to have made any decisions or take any big actions.

I will then prepare your solicitor friendly pack, and we will meet again to review the pack, and finalise any details.

Once you are totally happy with your pack, and I have answered all of your questions, then you will be able to approach a solicitor, with your pack, and get your pre packaged divorce! If you need help getting a solicitor, then don't worry, I can help you with some suggestions.

Also, within my professional network, depending on your personal situation, I can refer you to other specialists which you may need to consider moving forwards, including Financial Advisors, Counsellors, Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors.

It is the solicitors job to turn your pack and your shopping list into a legally binding document, which can be used for your divorce. I promise, I will guide you through the whole process.
